Ecommerce Assistant
Vintage Frames CompanyVintage Frames Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our Montreal, QC head office team.
As an eCommerce Assistant at Vintage Frames Company, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our online business. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Customer Experience, you’ll help ensure our products, content, and digital channels are consistently up to date, organized, and optimized. From coordinating product drops and restocks to writing editorial articles and maintaining backend systems, you’ll be involved in the core workflows that keep the brand moving forward.

Vintage Frames Company (VFC) is home to the world’s largest archive of deadstock vintage eyewear, with over 1 million unique frames sourced by CEO and Founder Corey Shapiro. Since 2008, VFC has been the go-to for stylists, artists, and tastemakers, with frames featured in magazine shoots, films, red carpets, and global tours.
In 2018, we launched our own line of frames inspired by our archive and shaped by modern culture. Designed to stand out, not blend in, our collections fuse heritage craftsmanship with bold design, rejecting the idea that eyewear should help you conform.
What started with a flagship store in Montreal has grown into a global movement. VFC is now available in over 150 top retailers worldwide, including Kith, Holt Renfrew, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, HBX, CNCPTS, and BSTN. We also operate one of the largest vintage eyewear e-commerce platforms and since 2022, a U.S. flagship on Miami Beach.
ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate weekly archive product drops;
- Write copy for products, collections, editorial and blog articles;
- Maintain and update the product matrix across all location ERPs;
- Coordinate product restocks with Store Managers and international distribution centers;
- Receive, organize and archive product & campaign content;
- Actively participate in brainstorms and strategy exercises to drive repeat purchases, new product adoption, increased AOV, LTV, and overall customer satisfaction;
- Work with our cross-functional teams to help launch new products, campaigns and various marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS FOR THE ROLE
- Excellent command of English (French is an asset)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clean, on-brand copy
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a strong asset
- Self-motivated, “can do” attitude with a desire to learn and forward thinking
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, or pop culture is a plus
