Reddit Community & Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Reddit Growth Manager to help expand our presence on the platform through thoughtful, organic engagement.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Reddit culture, trends, and community dynamics, and knows how to participate in conversations in a way that feels authentic and not promotional.

Responsibilities

• Engage organically in relevant subreddits related
• Create thoughtful posts and comments that encourage discussion and provide helpful information
• Manage and hold accountable a small team of 1–2 Reddit contributors
• Ensure conversations remain responsible and appropriate when discussing medications and healthcare topics
• Foster a positive community presence aligned with the NavioMD brand
• Track performance and provide weekly updates on engagement, upvotes, traffic, and outcomes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Reddit’s culture and community engagement strategies
• Proven experience managing or growing Reddit communities
• Ability to write naturally and participate in discussions without sounding promotional or entirely like Ai
• Willingness to learn about our services, and the healthcare topics we support
• * highly favor candidates that are familiar with healthcare in the U.S. market (but not a must if willing to learn)
