Ecommerce Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Website Merchandiser with a strong background in managing large-scale eCommerce product catalogs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in handling end-to-end product merchandising on Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a large product catalog (3,000+ SKUs) on Shopify

Perform bulk product uploads, imports, and exports while ensuring data accuracy

Organize and manage product data, including categorization and collection page creation

Conduct regular website audits, QA checks, and ensure data integrity

Execute site merchandising strategies to improve user experience and product visibility

Recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website enhancements

Work with data from ERP systems such as SAP

Utilize Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools to manage product imagery and content

Handle large datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Shopify merchandising / eCommerce operations

Strong experience managing high-volume SKU catalogs

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, lookups, large datasets)

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

Hands-on experience with product uploads, catalog management, and data structuring

Strong attention to detail with experience in data QA and auditing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury, premium, or high-end consumer brands

Familiarity with complex eCommerce websites and product structures

Experience managing high-frequency or large-scale product uploads
