What You’ll Do
- Own your sales pipeline—generate leads, outbound cold calling, pursue new opportunities, and turn prospects into paying clients
- Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their business goals and providing tailored promotional solutions
- Help your clients win—when their brand grows, so does your book of business
- Sell with strategy—identify high-value accounts and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Stay focused on the bottom line—meet and exceed sales targets month after month
- Collaborate with our creative and support teams to deliver a frictionless customer experience
- Keep your funnel sharp—use CRM tools to manage activity, track progress, and drive accountability
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience with a strong focus on revenue growth and client retention
- Ability to uncover customer pain points and sell value—not just products
- Clear, persuasive communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Self-motivation, accountability, and the confidence to close
- Proficient with CRM software and a diversity of business tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot)
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in promotional products sales 3 years minimum
