SEO Specialist (E-Commerce & Digital Marketing)

We invite a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to Prima’s online growth, support organic expansion, and drive both e-commerce and in-store sales. The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, a results-driven mindset, and seeks to make a measurable impact in the home décor and hardware sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store (product listings, collections, landing pages, UX)
- Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content for higher search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors)
- Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization)
- Build and manage backlinks (off-page SEO)
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Grow and engage audiences on social media platforms.(Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Create high-quality visual content (Photoshop, Canva) and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Develop and schedule engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Launch and promote new products and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Support B2B marketing efforts and implement strategies to increase in-store walk-in traffic.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with preference for those who have worked in home décor, hardware, or e-commerce environments. Must demonstrate clear success in managing digital marketing campaigns relevant to these industries.
- Experience optimizing for AI-powered search engines (such as Google SGE or Bing AI), implementing voice search strategies, and leveraging local search directories (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places) is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform management
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in marketing architectural or decorative hardware products
- Knowledge of interior design trends or the home renovation market
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Experience with local SEO and strategies to drive retail foot traffic
- Increased organic traffic and improved search rankings
- Growth in online sales and conversion rates
