  • *Role Description**

This is a part-time contract role for a Sales & Business Development Representative. The day-to-day responsibilities include driving lead generation efforts, identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and executing effective sales strategies.

The role involves cultivating client relationships and actively contributing to business growth through collaboration with a dynamic marketing team.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies
  • Qualify prospects based on the defined Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and marketing goals
  • Present service offerings and pricing to prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals with internal support when needed
  • Close new client contracts and agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and client communications in CRM systems
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff to the onboarding team after a sale is completed
  • Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition targets

At this stage, leads are

through networking, outreach, and relationship building. Sales representatives are encouraged to leverage their existing networks and prospect new opportunities within our target industries.

This is a

with uncapped earning potential.

Sales representatives earn

  • **10% commission**

on all one-time marketing projects or service packages sold

  • **5% recurring commission**

on subscription-based services for clients who commit to a 12-month agreement

Part-time representatives may earn approximately

As recurring clients accumulate, ongoing monthly commission income can continue to grow.
