Role Description

DABOS is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative who will be a key contributor to the growth of our business, as well as ensuring our customers have a positive experience. The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative listens to customer concerns, answers customer questions and provides information.

The following is a brief non-exclusive list of the responsibilities and duties of the Receptionist:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building positive interactions with customers and communicating across email and phone with excellent clear and concise communication
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge

· Assist customer’s needs with order placement, replacement, and returns

· Manage all online orders, accurately track and report order progress, follow up and handle all customer queries

  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
  • Be a positive team-player with a can-do attitude

· Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand

· Maintain and update regular client correspondence

  • Support the collection of feedback from customers by gathering and recording customer satisfaction survey ratings

Required Background, Competencies & Expertise

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Strong E-Commerce and sales background
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • 55/60+ WPM typing speed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High adaptability
  • Second language a plus (French, Spanish, Mandarin...)
