Job Responsibilities

· Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Create engaging content including posts, reels, captions, and creatives

· Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

· Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation

· Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends

· Create and manage content for SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns , including

promotional messages, offers, and customer engagement

· Develop creative campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

Key Requirements

· Strong communication and creative thinking skills

· Ability to think out-of-the-box and generate innovative content and campaign ideas

· Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends

· Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads (preferred)

· Analytical mindset to track and improve performance

Preferred Qualifications

· Graduate in Marketing, BBA, or related field

· 6 months – 2 years of experience (freshers with strong creative skills can apply)
