About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce to lead our content-driven luxury watch ecosystem. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing email and SMS marketing engine designed to transform our extensive content audience into loyal customers. Your leadership will be key in driving measurable and profitable revenue growth across various marketing channels while preserving the editorial independence that defines our business model.

You will own the website feature roadmap, focus on site merchandising, and optimize conversion rates with a strong emphasis on the Shopify platform. Your expertise in high-AOV, low-frequency ecommerce categories, coupled with a robust understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytics, will be essential to our success.

Ideal candidates will possess

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• A proven track record in email and SMS lifecycle marketing, particularly utilizing Klaviyo.
• A strong background in ecommerce operations on Shopify.
• Experience with content-led or organic-first acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing technology evaluation and implementation.
