We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you plan and execute the Museums' digital marketing strategy. You advise and support the Marketing team and other museum teams in digital marketing. You monitor web analytics, support SEO for the websites, and help develop and run the mass email strategy. You also prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.

What we are looking for

  • Business sense and strong research skills;
  • Expertise in digital marketing and attention to order and quality;
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team and collaborate.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Managing websites and web pages;
  • Managing and running SEM/SEO campaigns;
  • E-commerce and email marketing;
  • Marketing a digital, cultural, museum, or tourism brand (asset).

Knowledge of

  • Marketing and advertising principles;
  • Digital promotion and social media;
  • Search engine marketing (SEO/SEM);
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Tag Manager;
  • Web content management and HTML;
  • CRM tools and mass email systems
  • AEO and GEO (asset).

Education: University degree in Communications, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: E6 $ 79,134 to $ 97,933

Status: Temporary Full-Time Position until April 30, 2027 (#10421)

Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability

Location: 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec and possibility of hybrid work according to the needs of the position.
