The Creative Content & Social Media Executive will be responsible for

who can independently research trends, generate fresh content ideas, coordinate production, publish content, and evaluate performance to continuously improve engagement and brand visibility.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *1. Content Ideation & Strategy**
- Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to
- *generate innovative content ideas**

- Plan content themes, campaigns, and storytelling concepts aligned with brand objectives.
- Take ownership of
- *content from idea to execution**

- Proactively suggest new formats, series, reels concepts, and engagement ideas.
- *2. Content Creation & Execution**
- Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, captions, and basic visuals.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags while maintaining brand voice.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to execute content ideas.
- Ensure content quality, relevance, and consistency across platforms.
- *3. Social Media Management**
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content as per the content calendar.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactive features.
- Build meaningful audience interaction and community engagement.
- *4. Campaign & Promotion Support**
- Plan and execute content for launches, promotions, events, workshops, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns.
- Support basic paid promotions by providing creative inputs and performance insights.
- *5. Analytics, Insights & Improvement**
- Track content and social media performance using platform insights and tools.
- Analyze reach, engagement, saves, shares, and conversions.
- Identify what works and what doesn’t, and
- *optimize content strategy accordingly**

- Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance summaries with actionable insights.
- *6. Coordination & Ownership**
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for approvals and timelines.
- Follow up on creative production and ensure timely publishing.
- Take responsibility for content deadlines and overall execution quality.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong

- Ability to independently research, ideate, and execute content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video formats.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and content performance tracking.
