You are sought after to join the global marketing team as a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert at AKM Global. Your role will involve developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the financial services domain. You will play a crucial part in expanding bookkeeping, accounting, and tax advisory services through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and client retention for bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation services.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media ads, content marketing, email marketing, display, and possibly retargeting.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and site architecture for better organic visibility.
  • Create, publish, and manage content like blogs, articles, tax tips, infographics, etc., to establish thought leadership and trust among prospects and clients.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in financial/tax/accounting information.
  • Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and forms to enhance the conversion rate.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and propose improvements based on data.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently, test creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure marketing messages comply with regulatory requirements and reflect accurate financial information.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, especially those relevant to financial services.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or any regulated B2B/B2C service.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Experience with CRM systems and integrating digital marketing with lead management workflows.
  • Knowledge of local taxation/financial regulation in the country or markets served.
  • Basic design skills or experience working with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite.
