We have been in business for nearly 25 years, with 14 full-time, US-based employees servicing about 200 businesses across the US and Canada.
We help companies move 100% of their IT infrastructure into Microsoft 365 cloud services — eliminating file servers, VPNs, legacy systems and 3rd party siloed IT security and computer management systems. Our CEO creates thought-leadership content on YouTube connecting the dots for IT managers between legacy systems and migrating to Microsoft 365 cloud services. That content and paid advertising around it drives inbound demand to the top of our marketing funnel and what leads come out of the bottom of that funnel then go into the top of our sales manager's sales funnel.
Until now, the CEO has managed the marketing funnel. Now we need someone to own the execution engine behind the marketing funnel and manage it.
What This Role Really Is
You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and scaling our B2B marketing funnel powered by:
- YouTube video ads for top and middle funnel
- Display and YouTube Shorts for middle and bottom of funnel
- YouTube long-form thought leadership videos
- Working with editor to break long-form videos into YouTube clips and Shorts
- Landing page iteration
- Google Search Ads
- Remarketing audiences
- Performance analysis
You will work directly with the founder to translate strategy into execution.

I need to emphasize this point: Google **VIDEO** Ads are **THE** marketing funnel driver.
- *NOT** search ads.
Search ads are important, but less important than video ads.
I am looking for a professional that can talk smartly about Google Video ads. I know search ads are much more common but I need a pro that knows their way around Google video ads and all the work around writing, filming, editing, and publishing before we even get to place a video ad in a Google Ads campaign.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and optimize existing Google Video and Search Ads campaigns
- Build Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Structure keyword groups and negative keyword systems
- Create audience targeting strategies
- Turn long-form YouTube content into paid campaigns
- Coordinate video ad production with our editor
- Draft intelligent first-pass ad copy
- Analyze performance data weekly
- Continuously refine cost per qualified lead
- Help architect long-term marketing growth
- Helping conceptualize, write, edit and publish long-form YouTube thought leadership videos
What You Won’t Do
- Manage social media accounts
- Write fluffy brand content
- Work in an agency juggling 12 clients
This is focused, highly niche B2B marketing.

- In addition to experience and skills, you've completed some industry certifications
- You’ve managed Google **Video** Ads for 3+ years
- You’ve built YouTube ad campaigns

- You enjoy optimizing more than brainstorming

- You prefer working closely with a founder

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
