Senior E-commerce Platform Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the e-commerce platform, focusing on growth, user experience, and operational efficiency. Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of new e-commerce features, tools, and technologies. Analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging online customer journeys. Work closely with IT and development teams on platform updates, maintenance, and bug fixes. Ensure the platform is optimized for search engines (SEO) and social media integration. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners. Develop and track KPIs related to e-commerce performance, sales, and customer satisfaction. Stay current with e-commerce trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on platform strategy and operations. Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills, crucial for a remote team. Experience managing online marketing campaigns and social media integration is a plus.
