West Coast Motor Group, a leading national distributor of automotive aftermarket products, is looking for a motivated, positive, energetic, outgoing E-Commerce Salesperson to handle incoming calls and emails. No cold calling. Work remotely. 1099 Contract. Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience converting leads into customers? Can you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment? What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound calls and emails from our e-commerce sites.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with first-time customers and deliver exceptional service to cement long-term, repeat customers.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and move them to close (to expand customer relationships).
• Work with suppliers to gather information, get pricing, obtain shipping quotes, and then respond to customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience and successful track record in e-commerce sales.
• Team player mindset.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms -- HubSpot & Woocommerce.
• Solid experience with, and understanding of the automotive aftermarket (e.g., body kits, wheels, lift kits, carbon fiber accessories, BRABUS, MANSORY, TECHART).
• A proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, takes-initiative attitude
