Customer Service | E-Commerce Representative

Importer/Exporter Manufacturing Corp. located in New Brunswick, NJ looking for a Customer Service | Pick & Pack Shipping Representative.

Starting position is Part-Time; 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday), 25-30 Hours per week (times are flexible between 10a-5p).

Candidate MUST have the following skills

Very Organized and Detail Oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

Understanding of E-Commerce platforms.

Basic understanding of QuickBooks Desktop is necessary.

Strong Communication Skills / Customer Service

Flexible, with the ability to multi-task & self-prioritize.

Able to handle fast paced work environment and quickly learn company operations, policies, and procedures.

Proactive.

Candidate will oversee daily office duties and responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and general customer service
• Order entry, data entry
• Creating / Managing / Updating product listings
• Pick / Pack / Ship Customer Orders
• Direct communication with Customers
• Accounts Receivable, Collections

Candidate must have the flexibility to maintain the system currently in place and be able to implement new procedures and systems to improve day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
