Key Responsibilities

Manage Paid-Search campaigns and learn from experienced Performance Marketers

Work on setup, optimization, and performance analysis, gradually taking on more responsibility

Identify and develop additional growth potentials through independent projects

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills

High level of self-responsibility and intrinsic motivation

Proactive approach with comfort in dealing with uncertainty

Solid foundational knowledge through education or practical experience

Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
