Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creative assets for various paid channels including social media and video

Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries within the design system

Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to translate strategies into compelling visual concepts

Required Qualifications

6+ years of design experience focused on performance marketing or digital advertising

Expert-level command of Figma and experience with design systems

Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography and visual storytelling

Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work without extensive guidance

A portfolio showcasing both craft and commercial instinct in design
