Ensure digital and unified communications platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a healthcare-related field
1 year of direct leadership experience and 2 years in contact center technology or digital platform management
Experience in leading platform optimization and enterprise implementations
Strong knowledge of contact center operations and digital engagement tools
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead cross-functional teams
