Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative strategy for email marketing, designing and executing an annual plan focused on innovation and messaging standards

Manage the national email calendar for donor recruitment, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with marketing teams

Oversee email content development, balancing various messaging types and adapting to blood supply needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience managing email marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing engagement, preferably in a nonprofit setting

Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools to interpret data and adjust strategies

Expertise in email marketing platforms and working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email

Portfolio required demonstrating past email campaigns with objectives and results
