A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, coach, and manage a team of marketers to generate Mid-Market and Enterprise sales opportunities

Develop and implement the strategy for the growth marketing program, including channel selection and budget allocation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns and measure their impact on sales

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing leadership, preferably in a media or SaaS environment

Expertise in modern Demand Generation tactics and technologies

Experience in hiring and managing marketing talent

Familiarity with experiment design and A / B testing

Strong organizational skills and leadership principles
