Key Responsibilities Define and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy across the entire customer journey Lead and mentor Director-level reports to align strategies within the Growth Pod Oversee performance marketing, affiliate management, ASO, and content marketing to drive user acquisition and retention Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Growth within the consumer subscription industry, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role Proven success in optimizing the full marketing funnel for acquisition, conversion, and retention Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling Experience thriving in a Series B/C startup environment and maximizing LTV:CAC Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, including product and engineering
