Manager of Market Access Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager, Market Access Analytics & Payer Strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a centralized repository of payer policies and monitor policy changes to inform access strategy Analyze claims and reimbursement trends to identify root causes of revenue leakage and develop actionable insights Partner with sales teams to analyze patient funnel performance and support data-driven decisions around market expansion Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, market access, or reimbursement analytics Deep understanding of payer systems including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI Experience with financial modeling and data synthesis Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
