Who we're looking for
The Transformation Office for Toyota Financial Services is looking for a passionate, qualified, and highly motivated Group Manager, Transformation Officer.
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the person in this role will exhibit exceptional strategic vision, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence a complex, matrixed organization. Partnering with the highest levels of leadership, the Transformation Officer will help transform TFS operating model, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring alignment with corporate values and priorities.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute transformation initiatives through structured process involving:
- Assessing business performance
- Developing perspective on drivers, roadblocks, and issues in process, technology, talent, organizational structure, and culture
- Developing a top-down view of the business impact and value at risk
- Creating the end state vision to capture value (customer journey, process, etc.)
- Mobilizing a planning team to develop a detailed plan and roadmap to capture opportunity
- Setting appropriately aggressive targets and measuring progress
Change Management
- Lead a major transformation initiative, ensuring the alignment of people, processes, and technology
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across all business functions
- Implement best practices for change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
- Develop team members through partnering during transformational efforts
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Provide strategic insight, analytics, and assessment of change initiatives
- Generate and provide reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly summarize results and implications/recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision making
- Provide strategic and analytical support on special projects and ad-hoc analyses at the request of the E leadership team
- Monitor change initiative success and outcomes through analyzing operational performance leveraging key performance indicators, business trends and business development
- Oversee and direct development and usage of appropriate forecasting models to monitor impact vs. baseline
- Develop and maintain data and d used in reporting to ensure that OKR's are represented
- Synthesize analytical results and develop, recommend, and implement business strategies that improve decisions, assist in managing risk, meet business goals, and improve performance
- Continuously improve processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Collaboration
- Partner with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities
- Establish a governance framework to oversee program execution, resource allocation, and performance measurement
- Ensure consistent communication of transformation objectives, milestones, and results across the organization
What you bring
- Extensive experience with enterprise transformations, preferably outside of Toyota
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed (less than 20% of the time expected)
