PAID MEDIA MANAGER
Are you a Paid Media expert with an interest to grow and lead a department? If so, we have an exciting opportunity available where you can manage and lead the growth of the Paid Media Department for a top Toronto area digital marketing firm.
As a leader in the industry, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual who is interested in creating and managing unique campaign strategies, leading a team of paid media coordinators with specializations, in search advertising like Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing as well as Paid Social, and Programmatic.
THE ROLE INCLUDES
- Manage a small team with ranging skill sets in various paid media platforms.
- Oversee, quality check and/or complete setup and ongoing management of Google Ads and social media accounts
- Supporting Account Management team with creative paid search strategies
- Manage ongoing and regular account changes as needed to maintain client performance and budget pacing.
- Working with paid media coordinators at local and remote locations to achieve departmental goals
- Growing departmental budgets & revenue
- Introducing new strategies and processes for better department management, and overall client performance
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics, goals, and service performance standards
Candidates should possess ambitious characteristics, leadership, strong organizational skills, be results driven, and feel confident and capable, managing a team of young, vibrant individuals.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2 years of advanced experience with Google Ads, Yahoo!/Bing, Facebook & other relevant display platforms
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Analytic goal creations, Google Ads conversion tracking
- Experience or knowledge of call-tracking platforms for tracking purposes
- Leadership or coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), and the installation of tracking scripts
- Impeccable grammar and fluent in English
- Knowledge of Google Ads Editor
- Working with remote teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google Ads Certification
NICE TO HAVE
- Programmatic experience (Trade Desk, Doubleclick, etc.)
- Third Party tools such as Wordstream, Acquisio, Marin, Speed PPC
- Knowledge of HTML
- Project Management skills
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
- Ad Text/Content Writing
