What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Creative Production (Key Part of Role)
Create
- Ad copy
- Static image ads
- Short-form video ads
- GIFs / motion creatives
- Continuously test new creative angles and messaging
- Performance & Optimization
Drive
- High-quality trial signups
- Demo / meeting bookings
- Sales-ready pipeline
- Optimize for:
- ICP alignment
- Buyer intent
- Conversion rates
Collaboration
- Work closely with our marketing team on:
- Messaging
- Campaign ideas
- Content direction
- Join regular working sessions (weekly or biweekly)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running paid ads for SaaS (SMB or mid-market)
- Strong creative skills:
- Copywriting
- Basic design and video creation
- Experience optimizing for:
- Trial-based funnels
- Sales conversion (not just leads)
- Ability to move fast and test frequently
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheduling or customer engagement tools
- Experience with competitor-focused campaigns
- Landing page optimization experience

Pay: $28,800.00 - $43,000.00 per year
