E-Commerce Specialist

• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

Styluck is a fast-growing Doha-based online fashion brand curating premium European menswear for the Qatar market. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our online sales operations — from the moment an order is placed to the moment it arrives at the customer’s door.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that sits at the heart of the business. You will manage our Shopify store, coordinate deliveries, interact with customers across our social media channels, and help drive sales growth in a brand that is scaling quickly across Qatar.

• *WHAT YOU’LL DO
• *Order Management & Fulfilment
• Process and confirm all incoming online orders through our Shopify store in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to Styluck’s quality and presentation standards.
• Coordinate directly with delivery partners to schedule collections, track shipments, and resolve any fulfilment issues.
• Manage returns and exchanges professionally, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
• *Inventory & Website Management
• Monitor stock levels daily, retrieve merchandise from the stockroom, and flag low inventory to management.
• Place special or replenishment orders as directed, ensuring product availability aligns with demand.
• Keep product listings on the Styluck website accurate and up to date — including prices, availability, images, and descriptions.
• Support the team in uploading new arrivals and seasonal collections to the Shopify store.
• *Customer Engagement & Sales
• Interact with customers through Styluck’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) and WhatsApp in a professional and brand-appropriate tone.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, provide product recommendations, and guide purchase decisions confidently.
• Answer product enquiries promptly, resolve complaints fairly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build lasting customer relationships that support repeat business and positive word-of-mouth for the brand.
• Work toward monthly sales targets with the support of the management team; performance bonuses available for target achievement.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the smooth running of the business.
• *WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• *Experience & Qualifications
• At least 2–3 years of previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or retail — preferably in the fashion or clothing sector within Qatar.
• Hands-on experience with an e-commerce platform (Shopify experience is a strong advantage).
• Familiarity with social media platforms used for customer communication (Instagram DMs, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
• Experience coordinating with delivery or logistics providers is desirable.
• *Skills & Attributes
• Effective communicator — clear, friendly, and professional in both written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
• Active listener who genuinely understands customer needs and responds with helpful, tailored recommendations.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills; able to handle multiple orders and enquiries simultaneously.
• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and finds practical solutions quickly.
• Confident, resilient, and self-motivated — someone who takes initiative and follows through.
• Committed to continuous improvement through customer feedback, training, and self-development.
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and building genuine, long-lasting relationships.

• Competitive monthly salary of QAR 2,500 – 3,000, commensurate with experience.
