Role Summary

Rivet Events is hiring a Marketing & Paid Ads Coordinator to drive lead generation and client conversion through compelling content and high-performing ads. This role combines execution of daily marketing tasks with long-term strategy, and is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Director-level role while generating immediate results.

Job Scope & Strategy

  • Own and execute all paid advertising (especially Meta/Instagram).
  • Create and post daily content (photo + video) across IG, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Write blog posts, email newsletters, and captions that reflect our brand.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Photo, Video, DJ, Planning) to gather and post event content.
  • Assist in shaping brand voice and messaging.
  • Submit weekly ad performance and analytics reports.

  • Increase lead volume through paid ads
  • Increase appointment conversion
  • Maintain consistent, engaging content across channels

Tools & Workflow

  • Platforms Used: Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, Mailchimp, Frame.io, GHL (no prior experience required)
  • Content Creation: Adobe Suite, Canva, Unfold
  • Work Management: Weekly meetings, reports, and scheduled goals
  • No contractor management required; focus is on content + campaign execution

Content Expectations

  • Editing: Must be comfortable editing reels, photos, and video (Adobe, Canva, ect)
  • Posting:
  • 10 scheduled posts/week (7 photo, 3 video)
  • 3 curated reels/week w/ trending music
  • Weekly Unfold Post
  • 1 blog/month
  • 1 monthly recap reel
  • 1 monthly promotional newsletter
  • Daily stories (8-15 at all times) across core categories (photo, video, DJ, planning, reviews, BTS, polls)

Communication & Culture

  • High initiative: You bring new ideas, test strategies, and track impact
  • ATL presence preferred but not required
  • Opportunity to grow into Director of Marketing with demonstrated performance

  • Respond to all new reviews (Google, Facebook, The Knot, Wedding Wire)
  • Engage with tags/comments on posts/stories
  • Post on IG, FB, Pinterest daily
  • Keep IG stories active (8-15 slots)
  • Share quality tagged content w/ personable captions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
