Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display advertising
Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) including keyword research, ad creation, budgeting, and performance optimization
Oversee content strategy to support SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency
Monitor website analytics and user behavior to optimize user experience and funnel performance
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
Prepare performance reports and present strategic recommendations
Your work will directly impact brand growth, customer acquisition, and overall digital performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Successful candidates typically demonstrate
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other reporting dashboards
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
