Transformation Program Manager - HCPThe Science Team at Pride Health / Russell Tobin is supporting a top pharmaceutical organization near Cambridge, MA area that has an opening for a Transformation Program Manager.The Program Manager will support a large, complex transformation program that is working towards changing how healthcare providers (HCPs) across every channel are engaged.ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Governance: Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel workstreams.Meeting Facilitation: Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability.Program Execution: Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies.Communication & Change Management: Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models.Requirements7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.Must have experience managing multi-party data analytics projects as well as experience working with omnichannel strategiesStrong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills.Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.Comfort working with data, analytics, AI/ML or omnichannel programs.Additional Notes: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days a weekOngoing contractPay rate range approved: $110-120/hr depending on experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States.Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.APPLY NOW!
