Marketing Sales Representative – DOOH (Digital Out Of Home Advertising)

Phoenix Digital Marketing is expanding our Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) network and seeking a highly driven Marketing Sales Representative to lead advertising sales across our indoor digital billboard network.
This role is focused primarily on DOOH placement sales by helping brands and local businesses secure ad placement across our growing network of premium indoor screens.
We are ideally looking for someone with
- Prior agency experience
- Background in media buying or media planning
- Existing brand or business relationships
- Experience selling advertising, media, or marketing services
In addition to DOOH, you will have the opportunity to offer complementary digital marketing services (geofencing, paid media, lead generation, and retargeting), but the core focus of this role is media placement sales.
This is a commission-based 1099 role with uncapped earning potential and long-term recurring residual income.
What You’ll Be Selling
- 15-second DOOH placements across our indoor digital display network
- High-frequency ad rotation (approx. 1,000+ plays per screen per month)
- Hyperlocal and regional targeting
- Optional bundled digital campaigns (paid media, geofencing, retargeting)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close DOOH advertising placements with SMBs and regional brands
- Build and maintain long-term advertiser relationships
- Leverage existing agency or brand relationships when applicable
- Conduct needs assessments and present strategic media recommendations
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services
- Represent Phoenix Digital Marketing professionally in the community
Ideal Candidate Profile
We strongly prefer candidates with
- 2+ years in advertising sales, media sales, or agency experience
- Experience in media buying, planning, or client relations
- Existing book of business (a strong plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter mentality (this is not a salaried position)
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate independently
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Commission-based (high payout structure)
- Performance bonuses available

- Year 1 projected OTE: $70K – $110K + YoY uncapped residuals
- Compounding income as client base grows
