THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Platform Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to own the technical execution of our digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role for a curious digital native who loves the "how" of advertising—from setting up complex tracking pixels to optimizing bidding strategies across multiple platforms. You will manage the engine room of our agency's digital operations, ensuring flawless execution across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. As we grow, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead your own team of specialists.
STRATEGIC PILLARS
1. Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of buying mechanics across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, and DSPs.
2. Technical Operations: Ownership of pixel implementation, GTM containers, conversion tracking, and campaign taxonomy.
3. Growth & Leadership: Developing scalable processes with a clear path to building a technical team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup across all digital platforms (Social, SEM, Programmatic)
- Manage daily optimization of bids, budgets, and creative performance to meet KPIs
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking pixels, GTM tags, and UTM parameters
- Monitor campaign pacing and ensure full budget delivery
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable technical insights to the strategy team
- Stay updated on platform changes, beta features, and new ad formats
- Collaborate with the Strategy Director to align technical execution with media plans
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations or campaign management
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one other social platform (TikTok/Snapchat)
- Experience with Programmatic buying (DSPs) is a strong plus
- Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and pixel troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/data visualization
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred
