E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize our online sales operations across multiple marketplaces, especially Amazon and Noon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, pricing management, stock monitoring, and improving overall sell-out performance across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and update pricing strategies to remain competitive in the marketplace.
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
• Analyze sell-out performance and implement strategies to increase online sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Upload and manage new product ranges, including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and generate sales and performance reports.
• Handle product promotions, deals, and campaign participation on different platforms.
• Ensure product content and listings follow marketplace SEO and platform guidelines.
• Manage a wide variety of product categories and ranges effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of pricing, stock control, and online sell-out performance.
• Ability to manage large product catalogs and multiple product ranges.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce dashboards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-channel marketplace selling.
• Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools and digital marketing basics.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and improving product performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
