The Role

We are looking for an outgoing, proactive, and self-driven colleague who will take responsibility for strengthening our marketing communication and administrative operations. You will act as a natural hub within the organization, ensuring that our marketing and business development efforts run smoothly. You take initiative, identify needs, and proactively suggest and implement improvements and success measurement tools. We are looking for someone who is genuinely engaged in their work, the environment around them, and our team working with advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions.

This role provides direct exposure to senior professionals, M&A teams, Oaklins Barcelona Head Office and growth initiatives across both Oaklins Canada and the FTM Group. You will actively contribute to institutional positioning, sector visibility, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

  • Ensure strong and consistent marketing communication across our website, newsletters, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels
  • Map, analyze, and improve content and layout across marketing materials
  • In collaboration with colleagues in our places of business and our head office in Barcelona, coordinate content and layout in line with Oaklins’ branding guidelines
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with marketing counterparts across our international offices
  • Maintain and develop PowerPoint templates and presentation decks
  • Coordinate and maintain our CRM system

Business Development

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated business development campaigns
  • Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives
  • Work closely with transaction and investment teams to support growth priorities

Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare structured performance reports
  • Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Develop a data-driven marketing mindset

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, finance, or corporate environments
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (strong asset)
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Fully bilingual (English and French)
