Manager of Transformation Strategy

A company is looking for a Manager - Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic initiatives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
• Lead or support day-to-day execution and problem-solving across multiple initiatives
• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, technology, or transformation roles
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) preferred
