About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Growth Lead to build and scale our growth engine from the ground up. Beyond just running campaigns, it's about architecting a system that drives predictable, scalable acquisition and revenue growth. You'll identify high-leverage channels, design growth loops, and establish the infrastructure, tooling, and processes needed to scale efficiently. You'll lead experimentation strategy, define core metrics, and build programs that turn early wins into sustainable, compounding growth. This is a foundational hire. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape LettrLabs' growth strategy and execute against aggressive goals.
What You Will Do
  • Own the growth strategy end to end — from channel selection to execution to scale
  • Design, operationalize, and scale repeatable growth loops across direct mail, digital paid channels, partnerships, co-marketing, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Establish and optimize the entire funnel: lead generation, conversion, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Set clear growth goals (CAC, LTV, activation rate, retention rate) and build the systems to hit them
  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage experiments with the highest ROI
  • Architect the growth stack and workflows to accelerate execution, including automation, tracking, and attribution models
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to bake growth mechanics directly into the platform
  • Build and lead a small, high-output team as the company scales
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with proven revenue impact
  • Skilled in designing and owning data-driven growth strategies
  • Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Deep expertise in funnel design, conversion optimization, and analytics
  • Comfortable setting metrics and building processes in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Experienced collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Familiarity with direct mail orchestration, enrichment tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio) Leverages AI and automation for scale and operational efficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience leading growth for a B2B SaaS or marketing technology company
  • Proven success launching new channels from zero to meaningful pipeline
  • Background in partnerships, referral programs, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong command of data and attribution strategy
