Digital Transformation Change Manager
LenovoTake the Change lead role for assigned projects, identify the size/scope of the change and define the change mgmt. approach to deliver expected benefits. Lead change mgmt. activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption, partnering with Project Mgr. / Digital Transformation resources. You will assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, meetings, workshops) as necessary. Own & manage Change Agent Network to drive program communications, own and develop Project specific communications strategy and plan (communications via email, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint sites etc.). Facilitate the measurement of change readiness - Develop, prioritize, and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps. Develop project specific business adoption metrics to measure usage, benefit realization and ROI.
