Position Overview

Lanuks Home LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and expand our presence across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.)
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, and customer engagement
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment
• Analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve product offerings and service quality
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and digital merchandising
• Experience with seller platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, etc.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple product categories effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Skills

• Experience in home goods, furniture, or lifestyle products
• Knowledge of digital advertising (PPC, sponsored ads)
• Basic graphic editing skills (for product images and banners)
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
