Job Summary

As an influencer X brand talent manager, you will be responsible for managing the careers of content creators you sign, helping them grow their audience and monetize their content. Using our best practices and your own expertise, you will also be responsible for negotiating deals with brands and agencies and developing content strategies for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow their platform presence while securing brand deals.

Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.

Foster Brand Relationships: Build and nurture strong partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for influencer marketing campaigns.

Flexible Work: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having the flexibility to work independently and remotely.
