Your new role
As the Director, Growth Marketing, you will build and scale a full‑funnel growth engine designed to accelerate revenue and expand market presence. You’ll own GTM strategy, demand generation, content development, and the experimentation roadmap — all with a strong emphasis on attracting technology‑oriented buyers and driving measurable business oues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, AI, or digital‑first environments.
- Proven success driving revenue growth through multi‑channel acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and technical proficiency with marketing automation, data tools, and funnel metrics (Hub Spot experience is an asset).
- Ability to influence stakeholders andmunicateplex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
