Join our team as a Global Marketing Technology Lead where you will play a crucial role bridging the gap between marketing strategies, business needs, and technological solutions. Your focus will be on equipping our marketing teams with the essential tools to develop innovative campaigns and unique assets.

In this dynamic position, you will apply best practices in MarTech tool adoption, taxonomy, and training, particularly leveraging tools like Adobe's Experience Platform. You will utilize your project management and collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, privacy, and agency partners, to establish business priorities that shape the product roadmap. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential as you define data repository requirements to enhance workflows, including AI agents and knowledge bases.

We seek a proactive self-starter who understands marketing technology and has a proven record in optimizing business operations and integrating marketing channels (CRM, Web, Social, Media).

Key Responsibilities

  • Adobe Experience Platform Operations: Collaborate with product teams to drive process strategy and prioritize experiences based on data insights.
  • Training & Tool Adoption: Facilitate training sessions across global marketing teams, agencies, and business stakeholders, including legal teams.
  • Content Supply Chain Support: Assist in developing a comprehensive marketing process roadmap, covering all stages from discovery to launch.
  • Attribute & Taxonomy Governance: Implement effective taxonomy and tagging practices to ensure asset traceability and tool compliance.
  • Maintain Marketing Capability: Integrate essential processes within the GM Marketing Way (Way2Grow) framework.
  • Universal Process Development & Improvement: Enhance campaign development, customer journeys, channel activations, and brand planning.
  • Agentic AI Platform: Lead the requirements gathering for AI-powered briefing agents.
  • Sprint Planning: Serve as the connector between business, product, and engineering to outline user needs and conduct testing.
  • Training & Platform Adoption: Oversee the rollout and change management for global marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Agent Integration: Connect strategy agents with multiple AI platform agents.
  • Measurement Framework: Assess successful tool adoption, governance, and taxonomy compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with campaign management and marketing communication platforms, ideally Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to manage multifaceted projects across different departments and regions.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing activation strategies and methodologies.
  • Experience in developing strategic frameworks in marketing.
  • Track record of success in complex, cross-functional projects within a matrixed environment.
  • Capability to deliver large-scale initiatives within a fast-paced and complex landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform, including Workfront, AEM Assets, and associated technologies.
  • Experience managing Digital Asset Management platforms, such as Aprimo.
  • Experience in defining and implementing marketing taxonomy and metadata frameworks.
  • Background in supporting AI-driven marketing workflows and automation efforts.
  • Collaborated with Product and Engineering to translate business processes into platform capabilities.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end marketing workflows from intake to measurement.

Compensation

The compensation for this position reflects an estimate based on industry standards. The salary range for this role is $105,600 - $140,700, with actual compensation dependent on various factors including job level and geography.

This position may allow for relocation benefits. Please note that while this role is remote, applicants residing within a certain distance from a GM hub may be required to report in-person several times a week.
