Join our innovative team as an AI Transformation Leader, where you will play a crucial role in partnering with various business units to spearhead key AI initiatives across the organization. Your efforts will facilitate the successful adoption and integration of AI-powered solutions across the company, while nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with business needs, collaboratively addressing challenges and capturing opportunities.
  • Educate and empower business leaders and teams on AI concepts and tools, providing essential training and resources for effective implementation.
  • Drive the adoption of AI solutions, ensuring smooth transitions, addressing concerns, and embedding a culture of innovation within the organization.
  • Evaluate the performance of AI projects, continuously refining approaches to maximize results and support ongoing improvement.
  • Lead efforts in Data Organization & Protection, overseeing robust data architecture and governance.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, digital, product, and business leaders to integrate AI and data analytics across various functions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines when implementing AI solutions, especially in aerospace and defense contexts.

Required Qualifications / Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of IT leadership experience, including 5 years managing global teams.
  • Extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise-level data management and AI solutions.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Note: Military experience is considered equivalent to professional experience.

Eligibility Requirement

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory. We do not offer sponsorship for employment visas for this position.

The base pay range for this role is $176,000 - $293,300, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, and skills. The position also includes an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. Applications for this position are open until December 31, 2025.
