They are seeking a strategic and client-facing Associate Director, Performance Media, to deliver high performing campaigns across Google Ads, and Programmatic Media for an exciting portfolio of clients across industries. You’ll lead a team of Buyers and client conversations, translating objectives into actionable media strategies, and oversee the buying and optimization of campaigns targeting both branding/awareness and eCommerce/conversion KPIs. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to maximize campaign performance and will be expected to collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead campaign strategy across Google Ads, Shopper, and Paid Social for CPG, Finance, and Pharma clients.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of media buys to meet branding, awareness, and conversion KPIs.
  • Lead client discussions, translating business objectives into actionable media strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Attend in-office meetings in NYC to maintain client and team alignment.

Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in client facing paid search required. Experience buying Programmatic Media via DSPs (The Trade Desk, etc)
  • Expertise on on eCommerce, Demand Generation, or Conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Proven experience developing and presenting campaign strategy in a media agency setting.
  • Client-facing skills with a strong ability to translate goals into biddable media plans.

Salary Range: $130-140k annually, based on experience
