Job Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows for Medical Informatics solutions.
• Support the Oracle CPQ platform lifecycle, assisting with strategy and optimization.
• Implement Guided Selling strategies to streamline quoting for software, hardware, and services.
• Ensure compliance with quoting requirements for regulated medical products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize requirements into actionable user stories.
• Maintain compliance in Guided Selling rules through collaboration with regulatory and marketing teams.
• Assist in crafting a roadmap for CPQ product enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on stakeholder needs.
• Work with sales, marketing, and order management to validate design decisions.
• Support smooth integration of various product lines in the CPQ environment.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Document requirements and process artifacts, and participate in user training.
• Stay updated on Oracle CPQ enhancements and healthcare software trends.
• Assist in ensuring a seamless quoting experience for multi-product solutions.
• Collaborate on market strategy for new product introductions and support sales efforts.
• Facilitate MI Sales CPQ training sessions for efficient quote generation.
• Engage with sales enablement tools and assist in maintaining competitive market insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MA degree preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Enterprise Imaging Informatics.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ or similar platforms; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• A keen interest in software promotion or enterprise imaging.

• Capability to stand and communicate effectively with others.

Travel Requirements

At least 25% of travel may be required based on business needs.
