Job overview
We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Manager responsible for the search strategy of our paid and organic performance marketing as well as the on-site experience across the brand. The Performance Marketing & SEO Manager improves the overall search performance and drives traffic to the websites across the brand. Develops and owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for conversion optimized paid search and social advertising. Partners with e-commerce, brand marketing and agencies to design impactful campaigns and tests. develops an official affiliate marketing program across the brand. This person will also be responsible for reporting to the director on KPI’s and performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics
- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs
- Analyze and execute search engine optimization campaigns to consistently improve ROI and conversion
- Manage agency relationships with SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing to optimize the delivery of campaigns and discover new audiences
- Leads and manages reporting and analysis on campaign performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
- Work with cross-functional teams to lead the creation and preparation of new campaigns for execution including campaign strategy, offer development, brief development, and client targeting
- Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible
- Continuously test and iterate learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix, as well as new channels and trends
- Manage analytics and marketing tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Monitor website performance in search and improve search rankings using Google Search Console (GSC)
- Manage search quality by addressing security alerts from GSC such as with indexing issues
- Identifies content creation and optimization needs for the blog to support high volume search queries
- Work with ecomm and brand marketing teams to select and onboard a new affiliate marketing management agency and platform to manage affiliate marketing programs
- Work with ecomm team to improve the on-site search experience and increase conversion with product merchandising, personalization, and other search functionality such as filters on product list pages
- Contribute insights, recommendations, and experiments that optimize search performance, ROI and AOV
- Establishes and forecasts marketing budget to drive growth for search programs
- Analyze and report data on prior campaigns and provide ideas and recommendations for future optimization
- Provides guidance and recommendations on acquisition plan by source and customer value
- Works with ecomm and brand marketing teams to align audiences and assets to ensure business objectives are met and messaging to the consumer is clear and actionable
- Work with ecomm and marketing teams to collaborate on search strategy
- Develops testing roadmap and learning agenda to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Prepare presentations and present to various audiences to influence the search and affiliate programs
- Lead adhoc projects and initiatives that bring about change or improve the business
- Work closely with various business units to develop objectives
- Takes on other opportunities to drive business across marketing channels
- Performs duties consistent with the Company’s goals and policies
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marking using Google Ads
- 3-5 years of experience in Paid Social Marking using platforms such as Meta Business Suite
- 3-5 years of experience in Search Engine Management and Optimization using platforms such as Google Search Console
- 3-5 years of experience in Google Analytics
- 1-2 years of experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
- 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical ecommerce environment
- Able to work well under time constraints, possesses a strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills and comfort level in presenting to senior management

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
