Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist/Marketing Operations Specialist will be joining on a 6 month contract-to-hire basis. The specialist is responsible for the execution, maintenance, and deployment of content updates across five enterprise websites. This role focuses on hands‑on website updates, HTML/CSS edits, ticketing, QA, and multi‑stage deployments, working closely with marketing and IT teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and high‑quality digital experiences.

While the role supports SEO and testing initiatives, it is primarily an execution‑heavy web operations role requiring strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day‑to‑day updates across multiple corporate websites using a CMS, ensuring layout, formatting, and content accuracy.
  • Apply HTML/CSS edits to resolve formatting, spacing, and functionality issues on pages, blogs, and articles.
  • Manage website updates through structured deployment workflows (e.g., dev, QA, production) using tools such as GitLab and Rundeck.
  • Create, document, and track all website changes using Jira and Asana, including QA steps, approvals, and validation.
  • Perform multiple rounds of QA and production validation, including screenshots and post‑deployment confirmation.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives through website updates, landing pages, basic A/B testing, and SEO best‑practice implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, creative, and compliance teams to prioritize and execute requests from multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing updates across multiple enterprise websites within a CMS environment.
  • Beginner to moderate proficiency in HTML and CSS, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using Jira, Asana, or similar ticketing tools for documentation and QA.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), and A/B testing is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across many tools and managing multiple requests simultaneously.

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour
