About the Role

The Marketing & Digital Content Specialist develops, manages, and optimizes digital content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital content across web, social media, email, videos, screencasts, podcasts, and knowledgebase.
• Collaborate with Dev Team to produce tutorial videos, product walkthroughs, and release content.
• Plan and manage social media posts.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices.
• Track performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate across product, sales, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Support marketing campaigns and maintain calendars/documentation.
• Support paid/organic digital campaigns and light graphic design needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, CMS tools, SEO, and analytics.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic design tools.
