Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to lead paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing high-performing digital campaigns that align with client objectives, maximize return on ad spend, and support overall marketing growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, performance-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Build multi-channel campaign plans across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
  • Forecast budgets, expected results, and ROI projections

Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across search, display, video, paid social, and retargeting
  • Structure accounts for scalability and long-term optimization
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Implement tracking, conversion goals, and attribution models

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments
  • A/B test creative, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Optimize bids, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve ROAS and CPL
  • Identify performance trends and proactively adjust strategy

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop performance dashboards and client-ready reports
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Ensure tracking accuracy using tools like GA4, GTM, and platform analytics

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to align ad creative with campaign strategy
  • Coordinate with development teams for landing page optimization
  • Support business development with paid media insights and forecasts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of agency processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing budgets of $5,000–$100,000+ per month
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Tag Manager
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and programmatic platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills

  • Conversion tracking & attribution modeling
  • UTM strategy & campaign tagging
  • Pixel implementation
  • Landing page performance optimization
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles
  • Experience with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
