AI Video Production Specialist - DTC Advertising & Marketing

We are a fast-paced DTC brand in the personal care space. We are building a high-volume creative engine and need a Short-Form Performance Video Editor who is obsessed with the intersection of storytelling and generative technology.

This isn't just an "editing" job. You are the director of the entire production. You will be responsible for generating the images, transforming them into AI video assets, and then stitching those assets together into high-performing ads or organic posts that tell stories about relatable (and sometimes awkward) human problems. You understand that "Raw & Candid" beats "Polished & Corporate" every time.

You understand that the first 3 seconds of an ad are everything.

You know how to take raw UGC Content and elevate it into high-converting pieces.

You know how to implement AI tools, video and image generation of custom b-roll that matches our brand aesthetic perfectly, and more.

You know how to create consistent AI animation characters and AI UGC.

You can easily edit in both English and Spanish (preferably)

The Details

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in LATAM).

Hours: Full Time

Payment: Pay-Per-Asset (Output-Based) We pay for performance and volume. Our structure is designed to reward efficiency; the faster and more proficient you are with your AI workflow, the more you earn.

Tasks you will be responsible for

Ad Creation: Taking winning scripts and raw footage to create high-converting video ads.

Full AI Asset Generation: Using tools like Kling, Veo3, and Higgsfield to create realistic "moments of realization" and AI UGC that feels authentic.

AI Animation & Stylization: Creating unique AI-animated characters or stylized visuals that go beyond standard footage to explain our products.

Hook Iteration: Rapidly creating 5–10 different "hooks" for a single ad to test performance.

Sound Design: Ensuring every ad has "scroll-stopping" audio and pacing.

High-Volume Iteration: Rapidly spinning up 10+ different AI-generated hooks for a single script to test different "angles" of body odor\/hygiene pain points.

Prompt Creation & Documentation: Deep understanding of how to structure prompts for image and video models. Ability to create, follow, and contribute to internal SOPs by documenting successful prompts and workflows to ensure creative consistency.

This is NOT a position for

Traditional editors who are resistant to using AI.

People who only know how to do "vlog-style" editing.

Editors who don't understand direct-response marketing (CTAs, hooks, and retention).

For this role, we need someone with

AI Proficiency: You must be highly proficient using Veo3, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield AI, Elevenlabs, Kling and other tools to generate video and image assets.

Performance Experience: specific to DTC brands.

Visual Taste: The ability to make AI-generated content look seamless, high-end and consistent, not "uncanny" or "cheap."

Language: Native level of English and preferably Spanish.

Speed: You are excited by the challenge of a high-output environment
