Decision Management Consultants is recruiting an E-commerce Specialist for one of its clients operating in the perfume and fragrance industry in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, offers, and digital content
• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotions, offers, and campaigns to drive sales and increase average order value
• Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports
• Ensure accuracy of product information and timely updates across platforms
• Handle online customer inquiries, returns, and feedback in an efficient manner
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• UAE experience of 2–4 years with a mandatory total experience of 5–7 years
• Proven experience managing e-commerce portals such as Amazon and Noon
• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
